Lateral Redundant Prepuce Reduction is the surgical procedure performed to reduce or remove the Lateral Redundant Prepuce around the clitoris.
Often patients complain of too much skin or skin folds lateral to or over the clitoris. Aesthetically it gives the clitoris a wide appearance. Patients sometimes describe less friction with stimulation in this area because there is more skin over the clitoris than there once was. This is the second most common external cosmetic vaginal problem patients complain of.
