Mons Pubis Reduction (Vulvar Lipoplasty)

Mons pubis reduction (vulvar lipoplasty) is performed in women who have large fatty deposits at the bottom of her abdomen where her belly meets the pubic area.  The mons is the area over the pubic bone and above the clitoris and its hood.  Often women feel like there is a bulging appearance and she may complain that she feels that it is not feminine appearing and unattractive.
